PayPal

We accept PayPal as payment. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card, a debit card or a bank account.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Handling

All orders ship from Chicago. Small orders ship by First Class USPS mail. Large orders ship by UPS Ground to the Continental U.S. only. Expedited shipments are by UPS 3 day select or by USPS Priority mail. Cheapest Way shipments are fulfilled AFTER Expidited shipments, but within three business days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are calulated based on sales price of shipment and destination zip code. Shipping charges include a small Handling fee.

Sales Tax

All Illinois residents are subject to a 7.5% sales tax.

Return Policy

We want you to love the angels you get from us! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days via phone (708 496-5171)/(773 735-4439) or e-mail info@all-about-angels.com to make arrangements for your return.

At that time you will receive a return authorization number, and given instructions on how to ship the item back. We cannot accept an item back without an authorization number.

If an item is damaged during shipment, we will ship a new one out the next business day, or issue a credit (whichever is applicable). If you receive an item and decide you want to return it (for reasons other than a damaged item), you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred and a 20% restocking fee.
